About Agniflux

Agniflux Enterprise was founded in July 2025. We are an early-stage company — intentionally small, deliberately focused, and committed to the same delivery standards as organizations many times our size.
How many clients do you work with? expand_more
We currently work with one client and have delivered two projects to that client, both on time and in full. We take on a small number of engagements to ensure every client receives direct founder involvement and undivided attention.
Where is Agniflux based? expand_more
We are based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Our work spans supply chain, fulfillment, digital solutions, and consulting engagements — primarily serving clients operating in or connected to the South Asian region.
Is Agniflux right for large enterprises? expand_more
Our model is optimized for organizations that want founder-level involvement, structured methodology, and direct accountability — not account management layers. We work with clients of various sizes, but the relationship model is the same regardless of scale.

Yes. Our engagements begin with an assessment of your current environment — systems, suppliers, processes — and are designed to improve performance within your existing context. We do not require a technology platform change or supplier replacement as a prerequisite for engagement.

Both. Some engagements are scoped, time-bound projects — a fulfillment audit, a supply chain redesign, a digital workflow implementation. Others evolve into longer advisory relationships. The structure depends on what you need.

All client information — operational data, commercial details, personnel discussions — is treated with full professional discretion. We operate under confidentiality as a default, not as a contractual add-on. Client information is not shared externally or referenced in our work with other clients.
